“Brian & Brian arrived at our home five hours before the dinner & cooked everything from scratch! It was great fun watching them work together – they are exceptionally skilled & easy going & have great rapport with both themselves & their clients. They didn’t seem to mind when I passed through the kitchen watching them execute them produce an extremely creative & well prepared intimate dinner with attention to even the smallest detail. They even staged the dinner & did everything from setting the table, playing quiet background music & cleaning our kitchen so that it was cleaner than when they arrived. For a night, our home was converted to a restaurant that if open to the public would have been booked for months! We can’t wait to use them again for larger projects, which we are confident they would execute with just as much success & care as they did for our special birthday dinner.
